Gordon, along with Arnie Reed on keyboards and Brian Wright on lead guitar (The Gordon Ellis Ensemble) will be doing a 20 minute Spotlight Performance on February 1st, at the Nashville West Coffeehouse. The event, held at Center for Spiritual Living, Nashville, 6705 Charlotte Pike, starts with an Open Mic from 7 – 8 P.M., followed by two Spotlight Performers at 8 and 8:30. The other Spotlight will be singer-songwriter A.J. Bigler. The order of Spotlight Performers has not yet been determined.

Gordon performed an original tune and Glen Campbell’s “Hand That Rocked The Cradle” at the CSLN Sunday Service, the latter, in honor of Mothers Day.

Gordon was honored to be a “Guest Performer” at the CSLN Sunday Service in Nashville on Sunday, September 24th. Both of his songs “I Can” and “Are You Listening” should be viewable on his Facebook page.
CSLN Father’s Day Service
Gordon will be providing the “Special Music” at the CSLN Sunday Service on Fathers Day, June 21st, doing two of his songs.

Gordon will be performing 2 of his songs at the Center For Spiritual Living, Nashville (CSLN) Sunday Service. The service starts at 11 A.M. Preliminary music starts at 10:45. 6705 Charlotte Pike, Nashville. Always an uplifting message, combined with great music.
Duet with Sean O’Shea
Gordon had the honor of performing two of his songs at the Center For Spiritual Living Nashville (CSLN) Sunday Morning service on September 14th. Both songs, “It’s Always There”, co-written with Marty Rainone, and “Are You Listening”, done as a duet with Sean O’Shea, received standing ovations. The latter is a dialogue, sung between a doubting singer and God (Sean got to play God). Hopefully, there will be a recording of the song on this site before too long.
Gordon to step down from position with Coffeehouse
After 12 years of co-leading the Co-Creators’ Coffeehouse at Center For Spiritual Living-Nashville, Gordon decided to hand over the reins to co-host Butterfly, on the 12th Anniversary of this event. Backed by a 4 piece band and backing vocals, Gordon did a 1 hour concert, in front of a large and enthusiastic crowd. He was awarded a plaque of appreciation from Dr. Mitch Johnson, and received a standing ovation at the end of the concert. It was a great night. The Coffeehouse continues on the first Friday of each month.
